House rules

Liability
Visit to the festival is at your own risk; the organization is not liable for damages, for example as a result of injury or theft. Participation in workshops and masterclasses is at your own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

Accessibility
The festival is held on the ground floor of Gare Maritime. This is wheelchair accessible. Participation in most workshops and masterclasses is possible with a wheelchair.

Should you have questions regarding assistance, wheelchair accessibility, or participation in workshops/masterclasses due to a disability, please email info@ambachtinbeeldfestival.be.

Photo, video, and audio recordings
In the context of the GDPR and copyright, we apply the following rules on our festival grounds:

Anyone entering the festival grounds consents to the making of photo, video, and audio recordings by the organization or by media partners designated by the organization, in which the visitor may appear. The organization reserves the right to use these recordings without being liable for any compensation (in any form whatsoever) to the visitors.

If you object to this, you can send an email to info@ambachtinbeeldfestival.be.

For taking and/or publishing photos, video and audio recordings with the intention of using them for commercial purposes, you must request permission from the organization, Stichting Ambacht in Beeld.

House Rules

1. General; Entering the premises is at your own risk and implies acceptance of the house rules.
2. It is not permitted to possess drugs, dangerous objects such as blunt, stone, and/or firearms, and other dangerous objects such as glass and tin.
3. Theft and pickpocketing; Unfortunately, pickpockets may be present; please take this into account and keep a close eye on your belongings.
4. In the event that a criminal offense is committed, this will always be reported to the police, resulting in an arrest. Be warned!
5. Conduct; Ambacht in Beeld is a friendly event. We ask all visitors to ensure their behavior is appropriate for this event. Threats, assault, intimidation, aggression, discrimination, and racism are prohibited and subject to removal. The organization may refuse entry to or remove persons who do not comply with these rules from the event location.
6. Payment method; Ambacht in Beeld is a cashless event (card / Payconiq).
7. Safety; Volunteers wearing recognizable clothing will be walking around the grounds. You can approach them at any time with questions and comments.
8. Liability; Stichting Ambacht in Beeld cannot be held liable for any injury, material or immaterial damage to visitors and/or property. Stichting Ambacht in Beeld cannot be held liable for loss or theft of property.
9. Urinating outside the available toilets is not permitted.
10. Other; in situations not covered by the house rules, the organization will make the decision.
11. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
12. Fun; Make the most of it and enjoy!
